As the year 2019 drew to a close, many of us reflected on our fitness goals. For one family, achieving their goals was a top priority.

They made it a point to hike at least once a month, exploring the beautiful trails of Karura Forest. Additionally, they cycled together twice a month, enjoying quality time with each other while getting some exercise.
