Suspect Arraigned Over Murder of KMTC Lecturer

On December 5, 2019, a suspect was presented in court and detained for 14 days in connection with the murder of a Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) lecturer, Eunice Kiema.

According to reports, Jackson Nzaghi Wambua was arrested by homicide detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) in Mwingi town on Wednesday.

During the sting operation, a Probox vehicle as well as documents relating to it and bearing the name of the deceased were recovered.

DCI detectives suspect that ownership of the vehicle could have been the cause of the murder.
