Published on December 5, 2019, Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has heaped praise on Scott McTominay after the midfielder's impressive display in the 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford.
McTominay returned from a three-week injury layoff to partner Fred in midfield, and his performance was instrumental in United's victory.
"You can almost say he is undroppable at the moment," Solskjaer said, highlighting McTominay's physical presence and leadership in the midfield area.
Spurs manager Jose Mourinho, who gave McTominay his breakthrough at United, also praised the Scottish midfielder, saying he was the difference between the two sides.
"They had more emotion than us," Mourinho said. "You see for example, McTominay's performance … he was dominant. He was dominant."
