On December 3, 2019, a police report was filed at Shauri Moyo Police line after a Toyota Land Cruiser, registration number GKA 024V, went missing from the transport pool at Jogoo House.
The vehicle, a white Toyota Land Cruiser, was discovered to be missing at 12:32 hours on Tuesday, December 3, by Corporal Cyrus Nyandago, as per the police report.
However, in a surprising turn of events, the vehicle was found in Mwingi after one of the arrested administration police officers led detectives to its location.
The incident sparked hilarious reactions on social media, with some Kenyans urging the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to arrest senior officers.
