This archive report was first published on 4 December 2019.

My son was supposed to join the Kenyan Forces last year, but a conman had other plans. Isaak, a man who claimed to have connections in the army, asked us to pay Sh 100,000 to secure my son's recruitment.

We sold our belongings to raise the money, but Isaak went silent after receiving the final installment of Sh 45,000. He claimed that his phone was being monitored, and we should be patient.

However, when the recruitment deadline approached, Isaak's phone was out of service, and we realized we had been conned. My wife was devastated, but I remained determined to recover our money.

I turned to Mugwenu Traditional Doctors, who claimed to handle general problems, including recovering stolen money. He asked me to wait for four days, and to my surprise, news broke out that a man who had been conning people had run mad and was looking for victims to refund.

The police caught up with him, and I recorded a statement. We were compensated our money after two weeks, and the suspect is now in court for sentencing.

I highly recommend Mugwenu Traditional Doctors for their services.
