On December 4, 2019, a disturbing video surfaced on social media, showing an elderly woman going around Nairobi's Central Business District (CBD), targeting women wearing miniskirts.

According to eyewitnesses, the woman, who is often found preaching on Mama Ngina Street, believes that any attire above the knees is a design from the devil and is on a mission to cleanse the city of what she perceives as evil fashion.

As seen in the video, the woman is dressed in a long skirt and matching top, while her victims are dressed in miniskirts and tops. Her actions have left many Kenyans shocked and outraged.

Reactions on social media have been mixed, with some calling for her arrest for harassment, while others have expressed concern about the impact of her actions on the community.

“Huyu matha ameamua watu wa kuvaa skirts hawatakaa na Amani,” tweeted @TheTvPlug, while @WENDYRICCH stated, “I think what this woman is doing is a crime.”
