December 4, 2019 - Akothee's health has been a subject of concern in recent days, with the singer's performance at the Luo Festival in Kisumu taking a dramatic turn when she collapsed on stage.
Just days prior, Akothee had been hospitalized for five days due to fatigue and lack of rest, only to resume her duties with a high-energy performance that left fans wondering about her true health status.
However, the singer's second collapse has sparked intense speculation among fans, with many calling for her to reveal whether she is pregnant.
Akothee's manager, Nelly Oaks, has dismissed the pregnancy claims, attributing the collapses to fatigue. In an interview with Willy M Tuva, Oaks stated, 'No, no, nooo, she is not pregnant, it is purely fatigue. She is resting and soon she will be back in action.'
According to Oaks, the doctors had given Akothee a two-week bed rest before she could resume her duties.
