Beauty standards have become a major source of stress for women, with many feeling pressured to conform to unrealistic expectations.

From a young age, women are taught that beauty is only skin-deep, but as they grow older, they come to realize that this saying is not just a cliché. In reality, a woman's inner beauty is what truly matters, but it's often overlooked in favor of physical appearance.

It's no wonder that women have turned to artificial means of enhancing their outer beauty, with the market flooded with products that promise to give them the perfect body. But at what cost? Women are subjecting themselves to a life of constant dieting, exercising, and self-doubt, all in the name of trying to meet society's impossible standards.

As one woman so eloquently put it, 'Why can't society just accept us as we come?' It's a question that echoes the sentiments of many women who feel like they're living in a world that values physical appearance over inner beauty.

It's time for society to take a step back and reevaluate its beauty standards. Women should be celebrated for who they are, not for how they look. It's time to stop making women feel like they need to change themselves to be loved and accepted.

As the author so aptly puts it, 'My chest might be flatter than a plateau, my behind could be smaller than an avocado and my hips might be no-existent but, trust me, what is inside me is more than you can handle.' It's a powerful message that reminds us that true beauty comes from within.
