On December 1, 2019, a bizarre incident occurred in Gelsenkirchen, a western city in Germany, when a 31-year-old woman was traveling without a ticket on a local tram line.
According to German police, the woman was accompanied by a male companion when a ticket inspector requested their identification.
During the identification process, the woman allegedly exposed her breast and sprayed the ticket controller with breast milk, allowing her companion to flee the scene.
Police officers later arrived at the scene and found the woman resisting to provide her personal details, forcing them to pin her to the ground.
She was taken to the police station and later released on bail, but not before police initiated a criminal complaint for riding without a ticket and grievous bodily harm.
