On December 3, 2019, the Sports Disputes Tribunal delivered a ruling that shook the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) to its core.
According to the tribunal chairman, John Ohaga, the elections scheduled for Saturday were cancelled due to insufficient public participation.
Ohaga also pointed out that the FKF's Electoral Board was not properly constituted, as Elynah Shiveka was not eligible to sit on it.
Furthermore, the tribunal chairman cancelled the branch elections that took place last week.
