Xiaomi Mi Max Series Officially Discontinued

December 3, 2019

Big phone enthusiasts, we have some bad news for you. Xiaomi has officially confirmed that the Mi Max series is no more. The news comes after Redmi's General Manager recently hinted on Weibo that the series was coming to an end.

The Mi Max series was known for its massive devices, with screens as large as 6.9 inches diagonally. These phones were perfect for reading, watching movies, and creating content on the go. They also boasted huge batteries, with the Mi Max 3 launching with a 5500mAh battery.

While Xiaomi has officially discontinued the Mi Max series, the company recently launched the Mi Note 10, despite earlier stating that there wouldn't be a Mi Note device. This has given fans hope that perhaps the company is just buying time and we may see a Mi Max 4 soon.

For those who loved the Mi Max series, this news may be a disappointment. However, it's worth noting that the company's focus has shifted to other product lines, such as the Redmi brand.
