Queen Darleen, the sister of Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz, has married in a private ceremony in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Speaking to Wasafi TV, Queen Darleen revealed that she had made the decision to keep her marriage private, stating, 'It's true I got married and I thank God for the blessing. It's not a must you post your relationship online just to prove a point.'
Queen Darleen's eldest sister Esma was the first to share photos from her sister's nuptials, wishing her all the best in marriage. The singer's mother also congratulated her on her union, expressing her hope that the marriage would be peaceful.
However, some have raised questions about the authenticity of the wedding, with speculation that it may have been a music video rather than a real ceremony.
