On December 3, 2019, Diamond Platnumz held a massive concert in Tanzania, the Wasafi Festival, which was a huge success. However, the event was marred by a controversy involving his former allies, Harmonize and Ali Kiba.
According to reports, Harmonize and Ali Kiba were initially scheduled to perform at the festival, but they eventually backed out, citing a disagreement over promoting Diamond Platnumz's platform. In response, Diamond Platnumz called upon his celebrity friends, Wizkid and Tiwa Savage, who gladly accepted the invitation.
