The customer questioned whether it is a crime to give birth and miss out on bonuses. They also expressed frustration with the bank's management, which they believe fails to appreciate employees' hard work.
As a result, the customer alleged that there is rampant theft by employees, particularly at the branch level. The bank's exceptional performance is often 'moderated' by management for unclear reasons.
