Published on December 2, 2019, a drama-filled episode at EMB has left many wondering about the dynamics within the company.
Varl, Diana's sister, has been at the center of controversy, first clashing with Weezdom and now with the new front desk lady, Nelly.
According to sources, Varl walked into Bahati's office, where Nelly was cleaning and jamming to Bahati's music, and expressed her discontent, telling Nelly she needs to be serious with her work and warning her that she will lose her job.
Varl even went to Bahati, EMB CEO, and requested that he fire Nelly and hire another receptionist, claiming Nelly is incompetent and that Bahati made a bad decision.

Bahati, however, refused to fire Nelly, citing his desire to give young people opportunities to prove themselves.
"You do not expect someone to be perfect. EMB is about creating opportunities to young people. Even I am not perfect so let us not have this discussion now. Let us revisit this discussion in a month or two. Let me get back to work," Bahati said.
Varl took her concerns to her sister, Diana Marua, who was not pleased with Varl's behavior.
"The girl at the front office came to work in a place she thinks is her home. She even has an added advantage of her working for EMB is that she is beautiful. Surely?" Diana said.
Varl continued to express her concerns, saying that Bahati is immature and that she feels he does not know how to make decisions.
Diana called Varl out, saying she is not even married so how would she know about marriage?
"Varl, you're trying to advise me yet you have been employed by my husband?" Diana sarcastically laughed.
Diana told Varl to stop telling her if Bahati is good for her or not, saying "never ever talk to me about my husband again. You need to know where to cross the boundaries."
Varl warned Diana that one day she will come back regretting the choice she made to get married to Bahati.
Later in the week, Bahati took Varl for lunch and she brought up the issues again, suggesting that he let her go as his PA.
Bahati, however, refused to fire Varl, citing his wife's suggestion and the positive changes Varl has brought to EMB.
