Nzoia Sugar FC and AFC Leopards shared the spoils in a thrilling 2-2 draw in the 11th round of the Kenyan Premier League at Mumias Sports Complex on November 30, 2019.

Thomas Wainaina opened the scoring for Nzoia in the sixth minute, receiving a beautiful lofted pass from Masha Geatan.

AFC Leopards responded with several attacking attempts, finally breaking through in the 33rd minute when Bonface Mukhekhe scored after a poor cleared pass.

However, Nzoia regained the lead just before halftime, thanks to a counterattack and a lovely pass from Masha Geitan to Abraham Kipkogei, who drove the ball past Ezekiel Owade in Leopards' goal.

AFC Leopards started the second half strongly and were gifted the equalizer in the 54th minute when Austine Otieno capitalized on a defensive error from Nzoia.

The match was marked by a heavy downpour in the final quarter, resulting in a shared spoils outcome.
