Jose Mourinho, the newly-appointed Tottenham Hotspur manager, has expressed his commitment to his current role, stating that he would not swap his job for any other club.
His comments come after Arsenal sacked Unai Emery on Friday and began the search for a successor, with British media suggesting that the Portuguese manager was a target for the Gunners before Tottenham appointed him.
However, Mourinho made it clear that he is happy at Tottenham and would not consider leaving, saying, 'You can put now in front of me any club in the world and I would not move.'
He also praised Unai Emery, who he believes will bounce back from his sacking, saying, 'Unai is a fantastic coach. Not happy at Arsenal, obviously, but a fantastic coach with a proven record.'
Mourinho, who has experienced being sacked in previous jobs with Chelsea and Manchester United, expressed his empathy for Emery, saying, 'There is not one single manager that is sacked that I am happy with. I always feel the deja vu situation.'
He also praised Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe, who has been linked to Arsenal in the past, saying, 'He is a fantastic coach and has achieved a lot on the South Coast.'
