The Board, which was voted in on November 27, 2019, includes Dr. Irungu Ndirangu as the chairperson, Dr. Charles Bichage as the deputy chairperson, and six other male members.
Uasin Gishu Woman Representative Gladys Boss Shollei was among those who expressed outrage, calling on women to boycott the hospital and questioning the absence of a single qualified woman on the Board.
