On November 30, 2019, former Raila ally and economist David Ndii expressed his views on the 2022 elections, stating that Kenya would be safer with Ruto than continuing under the dynasties.
According to Ndii, compared to the dynasties, Ruto would make the best leader, adding that Kenyans have suffered enough from the hands of the tyrannical duo.
He pointed out that it would be magnificent to send Ruto and the dynasties home, but in case this was not possible, he would rather Kenyans elect Ruto and dismiss the monarchies.
Ndii clarified that the rationale for coming together as Kenyans would be to send both Ruto and the dynasties home, emphasizing that basically none of the Kenyan top leaders deserve any more term of office.
He warned Kenyans to be careful with the decisions on the 2022 elections, urging them to ensure that the monarchial families went home.
Describing Ruto as a more diplomatic and understanding fellow, Ndii emphasized that the only way to free Kenyans of the oppressive rule since independence is by seeing to it that the dynasties were all relieved of power.
