Kenya's Nondescripts RFC is set to make a return to the International Vets competition at the Dubai Sevens from 5th to 8th December 2019, five years after their last appearance.
The team, which has won the competition five times, will compete in Pool F alongside Bulldogs, Bristol Wanderers, and Airbus.
On Thursday, 5th December, Nondies will face Bulldogs at 9:00 am EAT, followed by a match against Airbus at 11:00 am EAT. They will conclude their group fixtures with a match against Bristol Wanderers at 10:00 am EAT on Friday, 6th December.
The Dubai-bound squad features a mix of retired players from Kenyan clubs Nondescripts and Mwamba, as well as guest players with different club affiliations.
Some of the star attractions include Kenya Sevens legend Lavin Asego, who became the first Kenyan player to breach the 1000-point mark on the HSBC Sevens World Series in 2015, and former Kenya and United Arab Emirates back row David Matasio.
