Published on November 29, 2019, a court ruling has ordered Dennis Itumbi to pay Sh 20,000 in monthly child support to his baby mama.

The child support battle between Itumbi and his ex-partner has been ongoing since last year, with the woman taking him to court to secure payments for their baby girl born in June 2018.

Itumbi initially requested a DNA test to confirm paternity, which ultimately proved that he is the father of the child.

According to the court ruling, Itumbi has been granted reasonable access to the child, but the mother has been granted actual and legal custody of the minor.

The court also suggested an out-of-court settlement between Itumbi and his lawyer, Dulo, to resolve the matter amicably.
