On November 28, 2019, the Jinice Visafe Players, led by Nice Githinji, premiered their play 'Radicals' at a workshop.

The play, written by Bilal Mwaura, tells the story of a group of radicals known as The Golden Boys, who are portrayed as violent and destructive.

At the center of the play is Zuri, a sadistic character played by Violent Bijura, who takes great pleasure in killing and is even more gleeful when she sees others die.

As the play unfolds, the group's disintegration becomes apparent, and their lack of unity, ideology, and leadership becomes clear.

Despite their initial hopes of escaping over the border, the group's demise is inevitable, and in the end, everyone dies, except for Tee, who seems to be the only sane member of the group.

With effective sound and lighting by Tim King'oo, the play projects a clear message: radicalism does not work.
