On November 28, 2019, a middle-aged man made a grave mistake by attempting to break into an 82-year-old woman's house in Rochester, New York.

The homeowner, an award-winning bodybuilder, was not one to be trifled with. According to CNN, she fought back with a table, using it to strike the intruder before the table broke.

Undeterred, she then used the metal legs of the table to continue her attack. After jumping on the intruder a few times, she ran to the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of baby shampoo, spraying it in the intruder's face.

She then took a broom and whacked him some more, until the intruder decided to leave.

As the police arrived, responding to an earlier call made by the homeowner, they found the intruder too heavy to move, but eventually, he was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.

When asked about the incident, the homeowner, Willie Murphy, said, "I think he was happy when he went in the ambulance because I sent him in the ambulance. Yes, I did."
