On 3rd to 5th December, Grand Hyatt Dubai will host African HR Executives for a conference on the role of HR in Culture Transformation, effective talent management, and effective change management in the era of Digital Transformation.

According to the Regional workforce transformation, culture transformation is an organizational culture improvement initiative that requires understanding and continuous participation in quality improvement at every level of an organization.

Over the past two years, there has been a significant increase in budgetary allocation for HR Technology and digital solutions in enterprises. The conference aims to highlight the importance of cultural transformation, effective talent management, and effective change management in driving better digital solutions within organizations.

Speaking to the Africa HR Leaders Consortium Executive Director, Joseph Mathenge, he noted that culture transformation has real implications for digital transformation. He emphasized that the conference will explore how HR plays a powerful role in redefining culture by working with leaders to recruit the right staff and redesigning policies to encourage the right culture.

HR Functions must deliver value within the VUCA environment, and to do this effectively, HR Leaders need clarity on the drivers of business and employee value. This will entail cultivating new competencies for HR professionals, who will continue to be demanding and exciting as we progress.
