On November 27, 2019, Bridget Achieng, popularly known as Mama Sekani, shared her inspiring story of overcoming fertility struggles before conceiving her son Sekani.

Speaking in an interview, Bridget revealed that she had struggled with infertility for five years with her first partner, and later with her second boyfriend, a Nigerian, who eventually dumped her after accusing her of refusing to have a child.

However, her journey to motherhood took a miraculous turn when she met her baby daddy, and she got pregnant before they parted ways.

Despite the challenges she faced, Bridget is now determined to have more children, and she has expressed her desire to have a football club or a rugby team of her own.

She confessed, "But to be honest, I want a house full of babies. A football club. Yaani I need babies or a rugby team. Ningekuwa naweza zaa watoto 12 ningezaa but unfortunately I can only be able to get four and the fourth one will be by God’s grace. So trust me, I’m gonna give you three more babies and no I’m not pregnant with my baby daddy."

Bridget's story is a testament to her strength and resilience in the face of adversity, and her determination to build a family of her own.
