On Tuesday, President Uhuru Kenyatta received the Building Bridges Initiative report at State House in Nairobi. The report was handed over by Senator Yusuf Haji, the chairman of the initiative's taskforce.
Deputy President William Ruto and ODM leader Raila Odinga were also present at the event.
According to Raila Odinga, who tweeted about the event, the BBI team had worked diligently for the past year, visiting all 47 counties. He urged people to read and familiarize themselves with the report once it's publicly available.
The report will be launched to the public on Wednesday at an event at the Bomas of Kenya.
