On November 26, 2019, Flamengo made history by winning the Copa Libertadores, a South American version of the Champions League, for the first time in 38 years.
The Brazilian club's victory came just less than 24 hours after they were declared Brazilian champions.
Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar was thrilled with Flamengo's triumph over River Plate in the Copa Libertadores final.
He took to Instagram to celebrate the win, praising his sister's boyfriend Gabigol, who scored two late goals to help his side win 2-1.
Gabigol, 23, had a brief spell in Europe with Inter Milan in 2016 and spent the last three seasons on loan at Benfica, Santos, and Flamengo.
Since his return to the Brazilian Serie A, the 23-year-old has scored 31 goals in 38 games this season, which saw them win the league and Copa Libertadores in less than 24 hours.
