On November 26, 2019, Kariobangi Sharks made a significant move in their pursuit of football excellence by partnering with Instat, a renowned sports data analysis firm.

Founded in Russia 15 years ago, Instat has established itself as a leading provider of sports analysis services, catering to over 200 clients worldwide across four sports: football, hockey, volleyball, and basketball.

Under this partnership, Instat will provide Kariobangi Sharks' technical bench with real-time data analysis, enabling them to make informed decisions and improve player performance.

Club Chairman Robert Maoga welcomed the partnership, emphasizing its importance to the club's growth and success.

"Sports analysis is an essential aspect of modern football," Maoga said. "We need specific information to make informed decisions, which is why we've partnered with Instat."

Maoga also expressed his confidence in Instat's ability to help the technical bench analyze player performance and improve the team's overall output.

Instat Regional Director Fredrick Otieno echoed Maoga's sentiments, stating, "We're thrilled to partner with Kariobangi Sharks. Their ability to broadcast their games will make our work much easier. We believe our analysis will significantly improve the team's performance and the technical bench's decision-making."

Notably, this partnership comes on the heels of Kariobangi Sharks' recent announcement of gaming firm Betway as their first-ever shirt sponsor.
