The team, led by coach David Ouma, had secured the regional title with a 100 percent record after beating Tanzania 2-0 in the final at Chamazi Stadium in Dar es Salaam on November 25, 2019.
Star player Jentrix Shikangwa made a significant impact off the bench, scoring a double against Kilimanjaro Queens.
The team's impressive performance in the tournament saw them score 22 goals without conceding any, cementing their status as Cecafa Women Champions.
