Similar incidents have been reported in the past, including a case where a driver was seen assaulting a security guard in a CCTV footage. The driver was later arrested and charged.
It is worth noting that the incident occurred in April, and the DCI (Directorate of Criminal Investigations) had already launched an investigation into the matter.
