On November 26, 2019, a group of reformed youth from Kayole, Kenya, came forward to share their experiences of harassment by local authorities.
According to reports, the youth have been subjected to intimidation, harassment, and other forms of mistreatment by the authorities, who claim they are trying to 'reform' them.
The youth, however, argue that they have been working hard to change their lives and become productive members of society, but the authorities' actions are only serving to undermine their efforts.
