On her honeymoon, gospel artiste Ruth Matete has spoken out about her husband's past marriage in an exclusive interview with Mpasho.
According to Ruth, she was aware that her husband, John Apewajoye, was married to another woman, Juliet Aihinomo Idehen, before they tied the knot.
John and Juliet were married in Nigeria and had two children together. Ruth revealed that she knew about the children because they are her husband's kids.
When asked about Juliet's claims that she and John are still married, Ruth responded, 'Tell her to provide proof they are still married. I am aware that John is her ex-husband but they are not married anymore.'
Ruth also spoke about her wedding to John, saying, 'The wedding was successful, we thank God.'
Juliet, who is reportedly John's ex-wife, has been sharing tidbits about her life on social media, including her education at the University of Port Harcourt and FGGC ABULOMA PORT HARCOURT.
