On November 25, 2019, a devastating revelation shook the life of a middle-aged man who had been caring for a child he thought was his own for ten months.
The man, who shared his story on Instagram, revealed that a court order following a secret DNA test had confirmed that the child was not his biological son.
Jeff, as he is known, expressed his gratitude to friends and family who had helped him raise the child, whom he had grown to love as his own.
"First of all, I want to thank every single person who has helped me raise this young little angel from God. You guys have seen him grow from day one," he wrote.
Jeff recounted how the child's mother had left him just a month after birth, leaving him to care for the child alone.
"It was not easy raising him alone, but I had lots of help. My parents came when he was four months old, and they stepped up, loving this boy with all their hearts. He changed all our lives forever," he added.
However, the DNA test results brought Jeff immense pain and heartbreak, leading him to express his anger and frustration towards the child's mother.
