On November 22, 2019, Building Bridges Initiative Chairman Yusuf Haji, vice-chair Adams Oloo, Makueni Senator Mutula Kilonzo Junior, and Task Force Secretary Paul Mwangi prepared to address the press at the Intercontinental Hotel in Nairobi.

As part of the event, at least 100 residents of Homa Bay county, comprising members of the business community and opinion leaders, will attend the official release of the Building Bridges Initiative report in Nairobi on Wednesday.

According to a source who wished to remain anonymous, three buses had already been arranged for the residents' transport on Monday.

County Commissioner Harman Shambi stated that the residents were selected by MPs of the county.

Shambi acknowledged the residents' journey to Nairobi, describing it as a 'political process being undertaken by politicians.'
