On November 25, 2019, the prosecution sought more time to conclude investigations into the murder of The Star correspondent Eric Oloo.
Two brothers, Victor Luta and Franklin Luta, were arraigned before Siaya Principal Magistrate James Ong'ondo and granted 11 more days in police custody.
The prosecution had requested 14 days to complete investigations, but the magistrate granted them 11 days.
The accused are expected back in court on December 10, 2019.
Eric Oloo's lifeless body was found in a pool of blood, and an autopsy report showed that he died from a trauma caused by injury to his head and abdomen.
