Ann Kiguta, a K24 TV anchor, has expressed her condolences following the sudden death of her colleague Daniel Chemjor on November 20, 2019.
Chemjor, a program presenter at Mediamax, died after his car was involved in an accident on the Iten-Kabarnet road, near the Kerio River.
According to Kiguta, she had known Chemjor for 13 years, having first met him while working at The Standard.
'I remember meeting him for the first time at The Standard 13 years ago, both of us eager to grow our careers in broadcasting. We later reunited here at K24, and I'm saddened to hear that he was set to present a program today. It's heartbreaking to see him go,' Kiguta said.
Chemjor was on his way to visit his pregnant wife when the accident occurred.
