Malesi Wins Chairman's Prize at Royal Nairobi

At Royal Nairobi Golf Club, Nick Malesi was in top form, scoring 38 points to claim the overall title in the Chairman's Prize (David Gaitho). He edged out men's winner Joshua Ichangi, who played off a handicap of six, by just one shot. Kevin Juma finished second in the men's section with 37 points, while former club chairman John Wachira took third place also with 37 points.

Nduta Gicheru won the ladies' first prize with 38 points. Kevin Juma took the gross title with a score of level par 72, while David Mogere was the best past chairman with 34 points. In the guest category, D. Wahome carded 38 points, and Liz Mbuthia was the lady guest winner with 34 points. The sponsors were led by M. Mbugua with 36 points.

At Limuru Country Club, Murei Hakuru won the overall title in the Captain's prize (Ken Karanja) with 38 points. Timothy Njehia took the men's title with 37 points, beating George Maara by one point. Rose Gitau won the ladies' first prize with 32 points, ahead of Ruth Omwansa.

At Kenya Railway Golf Club, John Kaimenyi won the captain's prize with 35 points, beating Simeon Onyango by two points. Edwin Murungi took third place with 39 points, and Harry Kiarie finished fourth with 40 points. Kaash Padam clinched the junior title with 51 points, and Paul Orawo took the gross title with 163 gross.

At Muthaiga, Maina Karienye won the Captain's Prize (Edgar Kalya) with a score of 145 nett. Sam Karau took the men's title with 147 points, beating Francis Ngigi, Anderson Matheka, Dan Kagwe, and Wachira Mahihu on countback. Njeri Mugo won the ladies' prize with 149 nett, ahead of Rose Koome with 154 nett. Abby Wambui took the junior title with 149 nett.

At Vet Lab, Kepha Bosire won the Vice Chairman's Putter with 39 points, beating men's winner James Ndiritu on countback. Mary Karano took the ladies' prize with 37 points, beating Elizabeth Ng'ethe on countback. Steve D'Souza was the senior winner with 33 points, and Robert Okongo led the guests with 35 points.

At Sigona, G M Gitau won the November Monthly with 38 points, followed by Zipporah Wachira with 38 points and Nitin J Shah with 36 points. Sona Patel and George Mwaura took the nines with 20 points each.
