Published on November 24, 2019, Saturday Night Live kicked off the weekend with a celebrity-studded episode, featuring Alec Baldwin as President Trump in the opening sketch.

Standing on the White House lawn, Baldwin fielded questions from reporters, including one played by Kyle Mooney, who asked about Ambassador Sondland's damning testimony. Baldwin responded, 'I can't really hear you that good, because of this lousy chopper behind me.' He then read from notes written with a 'biggest, fattest, blackest Magic Marker' and recited a conversation between himself and Ambassador Sondland.

Though the reporters continued to press him on Sondland's testimony, Baldwin said, 'I still told him no quid pro quo at least once. So any quid that I get after that, that's on them.' The sketch was joined by Will Ferrell, this week's host, who played Sondland.

The 'S.N.L.' lampoon of Wednesday night's Democratic debate was another smorgasbord of political impersonations. Kate McKinnon played Elizabeth Warren, saying, 'I know in past debates, I've been accused of being overambitious. I got mom-hosting-Thanksgiving energy.' Maya Rudolph played Kamala Harris, saying, 'Tonight, I'm not going to worry about the polling numbers. I'm just going to have fun and see if I can have some viral moments.'

Colin Jost played Pete Buttigieg, answering a question about his poor polling numbers with, 'Maybe just 'cause of, like, this.' Larry David played Bernie Sanders, saying, 'I did have a heart attack-ack-ack-ack-ack. So you oughta know by now, I'm doing better than ever.'

Woody Harrelson played Joe Biden, saying, 'I just want everyone to know, America, I see you. And I see the faces you all make when I talk. You're scared.' Will Ferrell played Tom Steyer, answering a question about blinking with, 'Oh no, I do not, and I will not.'
