Arsenal's winless run in all competitions extended to six games after a 2-2 draw against Southampton in the Premier League at the Emirates on November 23, 2019.

Southampton, who had picked up one point from their previous eight league games, twice led with goals from Danny Ings and James Ward-Prowse.

However, Alexandre Lacazette pounced late to cancel out Southampton's early opener and Ward-Prowse's second goal, securing a point for the Gunners.

The draw left Arsenal in seventh place with 18 points from 13 games, while Southampton remained second-bottom with nine points.

Southampton's Danny Ings opened the scoring with his seventh goal in eight games after eight minutes, but Arsenal equalized 10 minutes later through Lacazette.

Southampton regained the lead with a spot kick, but Lacazette's late strike salvaged a draw for the home side.

Results from the Premier League on November 23, 2019, included West Ham 2-3 Tottenham, Bournemouth 1-2 Wolves, Brighton 0-2 Leicester, Crystal Palace 1-2 Liverpool, Everton 0-2 Norwich, and Watford 0-3 Burnley.
