Published on November 23, 2019, Nairobi's Sunday hangover season is a real thing. Many guys show up late to work on Mondays, and those who promise 'shots on me' are often nowhere to be found in the office.
Clubs have adapted to this trend by introducing Sunday afternoon and evening plans with incredible offers and top DJs. With some money in your pocket at the start of a new month, it's the perfect time to hit the clubs.
Top Clubs to Visit this Sunday ¶
Here are some top clubs to visit this Sunday:
Located along Ngong Road, DJ Dream at Club Jiweke has been a consistent face of the Jiweke Sunday plan. This Sunday, the club celebrates its four-year anniversary with a lineup of the best DJs in Kenya. Enjoy a good night out and some delicious nyama, and don't forget to try their hangover soup if you were out on Saturday night.
Along Lang'ata Road, Sunday School is a plan. They normally have guest DJs each Sunday, and you might have seen Joe Muchiri advertise it.
Formally known as Vineyard, Club Vineyard has made a comeback with a bang. Their Sunday Plan brings in guest DJs with offers on drinks and food.
On Thika Road, Whisky River has captured the crowd since August this year with guest DJs, and the regular face is Roy TeeBoy.
Finally, a new club on Thika Road, Club Flee Market and Branch, has a good night plan on Chiromo lane. They have guest DJs every Sunday, and it's still yet to establish its regular crowd.
So, don't say you don't have a Sunday plan. I just gave you six options.
