Manchester United's Marcus Rashford Backs Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford has offered his support for manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, stating that he is the right person for the job despite links with Mauricio Pochettino.

According to a report by the UK Sun, Rashford believes Solskjaer deserves to continue as Manchester United manager, citing his commitment to the club's interests.

"Ole is a great guy and he has the club's interests at heart. There's not a better person for the job," Rashford said in a statement.

Manchester United are currently seventh in the Premier League with 16 points after 12 games played this term.

Earlier this month, Rashford signed a new contract with Manchester United until 2023, stating that there was no hesitation from him in signing the deal.

"There was no hesitation from me over signing a new contract. It was the same for Ole as well. I could see where his head was at, where he wanted the club to be at and, for me, it was a no-brainer," Rashford explained.
