Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination results are expected to be released before Christmas, according to Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha.

Speaking at Kapsisiywa Secondary School in Uasin Gishu County, Magoha said that marking for the exams will start this week and will be completed in good time to allow parents to plan ahead for their children's post-secondary education.

Magoha's announcement comes after the release of KCPE results last week, where Andy Michael Munyiri of Damacrest School emerged as the top candidate with a score of 440 marks out of 500.
