Published on November 22, 2019, Tanzanian musician Harmonize revealed he paid WCB and Diamond Kshs 24 Million to break his contract with Wasafi Festival.

According to Harmonize, the 24 million Kenyan shillings was equivalent to 500 Tanzanian monopoly money, which was the stipulated cost of paying his way out of the contract.

Harmonize had signed a 15-year contract with Wasafi Records, but he decided to buy out his contract and move to Konde Music Worldwide.

He had already begun making payments, selling three of his houses to raise the funds, but reports indicate that the payments have hit a snag.

Magix Enga's actions have further complicated the situation, with Harmonize's management team responding to the allegations.
