Kenyan singer and entrepreneur Akothee has been hospitalized for the past two nights due to fatigue, a condition she has suffered from before.
According to her social media posts, Akothee has been working tirelessly to help those in need, including serving food to those affected by drought in Turkana.
Her daughter Rue Baby has sent out a message of encouragement saying 'May God be with you'.
Akothee's manager, Nelly Oaks, has been by her side, and she credits him with saving her life.
On her social media page, Akothee posted a picture of herself in a hospital bed, captioned 'This life, you can only occupy one bed at a time, Bloggers don’t scare my family and fans, I am not dead! my system just shut down, I will be back????'.
Her fans and well-wishers have been sending her messages of support and encouragement, wishing her a speedy recovery.
