The incident, which occurred in an unknown location, involved a white Mercedes, a black Harrier, and a motorcycle that was left severely damaged.
According to the video, Otile Brown's car was seen inside a wall, with the motorcycle positioned between his vehicle and the black Harrier.
Efforts to reach out to Otile Brown for comment were unsuccessful, as he did not pick up the call.
