On November 21, 2019, Sky News published a report about a man who fell from a Kenya Airways plane in London, sparking widespread concern and speculation about the identity of the individual.

However, in a subsequent update, Sky News acknowledged that the man in question was not Paul Manyasi, as initially reported, but rather Cedric Shivonje, who was later identified by his father, Shivonje, after being questioned by authorities.

Shivonje's father revealed that his son was not employed by Colnet, as initially reported by Sky News, and that he was actually a cleaner at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

As a result, Sky News has apologized for the distressing report and has removed the video of the incident from their website.
