On November 21, 2019, a young Kenyan boy named Joseph Ndegwa stole the hearts of many with his impressive impersonation of renowned journalist Jeff Koinange.
Joseph, a primary school pupil, had the rare opportunity to introduce the 9pm news segment alongside his idol Jeff Koinange on Citizen TV.
As they stood side by side, Joseph and Jeff looked like identical twins, holding cups and leaning to one side in unison.
When asked what he wanted to be when he grows up, Joseph confidently replied that he wanted to be a journalist, just like Jeff Koinange.
Jeff, visibly amused by the young boy's confidence, joked that Joseph was coming for his job, to which Joseph responded in the affirmative.
Joseph's performance left many in awe, and he has since become an online sensation, with many praising his courage and confidence on live TV.
