Published on November 21, 2019, Samsung has begun testing the latest Android 10 update on its Galaxy Note 9 smartphone.

The Galaxy Note 9, which was released in Kenya in September 2018, is now receiving test software that upgrades it to the latest version of Android, Android 10.

Users in the United Kingdom and South Korea can enroll in Samsung's beta testing program to receive the Android 10 beta release for the year-old device.

This marks the third unique device in Samsung's lineup to receive an invitation to the exclusive Android 10 beta testing club, following the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10 series.

According to Sammobile, the Galaxy S9 series is also set to be admitted to the Android 10 beta program with its own build rolling out as early as next week.

Android 10 on Samsung devices like the Galaxy Note 9 and others will arrive as the second generation of Samsung's custom Android software overlay, One UI 2.0.
