Revolutionizing Education: Gift and Talent Clinics in Kenya ¶
With the advancement of technology and new human science, it is now possible to identify a child's career potential as early as 4 years old, 20-30 years in advance. This is made possible through new anthrop-biometric methods that have transformed the way psychologists screen and assess young and old individuals.
On November 21, 2019, the World Talent Federation, led by Prof. Humphrey Oborah, President-Secretary General/CEO, showcased the Anthopo-Biometric Kits, which are set to be installed at the Nyamira Talent Clinic. The kits are designed to capture and analyze data on an individual's abilities, providing a talent prescription for their future career.
Gift and Talent Clinics (GT Clinics) are approved by experts of the World Talent Federation, who conduct on-site inspections, evaluations, and final approvals. The clinics operate under Affiliate Centres, which have 'Command' and 'Nerve Centres' that control and boost communication between clinics.
Prof. Oborah has been at the forefront of this initiative, visiting Marsabit County to donate Gift and Talent Clinic Kits to the county. The clinics must adhere to the World Talent Federation's Clinic guidelines and subscribe to their Professional Standards and Guidelines.
For institutions interested in becoming a Gift and Talent Clinic, they must demonstrate their ability to effectively gather delegates, provide adequate facilities and resources, and have staff ready to be retrained. Once approved, they will receive a Certificate of Approval as a World Site Gift and Talent Clinic and be assigned a World Site Number.
