UEFA's decision to host the Euro 2020 tournament in 12 different cities across 12 nations has been met with criticism from players and coaches.
Belgium's Kevin De Bruyne labelled the format 'a scandal', saying it takes away from the excitement of the draw. 'Football is not really football anymore, it's becoming a business,' he told Belgian television.
The draw for the tournament will be held in Bucharest on November 30, but much of the suspense has already been removed due to the format.
For example, Ukraine and Russia cannot face each other due to the conflict in eastern Ukraine, meaning Belgium already know they will face Russia and Denmark in Group B.
Netherlands coach Ronald Koeman was also critical of the format, saying he didn't understand why his team had been placed in the same section as Ukraine.
The top seeds for the draw are Belgium, Italy, England, Germany, Spain, and Ukraine, while World Cup holders France are in pot two along with the Netherlands.
The draw for the play-offs, which will provide the last four berths at the tournament, will be held on Friday, November 22.
Scotland will have a home play-off against either Bulgaria, Israel, Hungary, or Romania, while Northern Ireland will visit Bosnia and Herzegovina on March 26.
